I don\u2019t overthink it.
I just look for signs that an owner is present and cares.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what I personally watch for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Is the owner visible?<\/strong>
Do they have their name on the site\u2026 or are they hiding?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Are they promoting their own site?<\/strong>
If the owner isn\u2019t out there sharing it\u2026 why should I?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* What\u2019s happening in chat?<\/strong>
Do I see messages like \u201ccan you approve my site?\u201d<\/em> sitting there unanswered?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That tells me a lot.

* Are the offers outdated?<\/strong>
If I see Christmas promos when it\u2019s Easter\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s a red flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Are they connected to other sites?<\/strong>
Promos, partnerships, community activity \u2014 it shows they\u2019re engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Are events being maintained?<\/strong>
Are claim pages updated on time\u2026 or forgotten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Does the site feel \u201calive\u201d?<\/strong>
Or does it look like default settings that were never touched?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Are seasonal touches updated?<\/strong>
Little things matter more than people think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Is the owner active on their own site?<\/strong>
Posting, interacting, showing up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Simple Rule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t look for perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I look for presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because when an owner is present\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Things get fixed
* Members feel seen
* The site grows<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s the kind of place I\u2019m happy to promote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
